Hydroconseil is currently carrying out the mid-term evaluation of the Lazos de Agua programme. This programme aims to improve access to drinking water and sanitation, as well as to promote hygiene measures among approximately 200,000 people in Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua and Paraguay by 2021. The program presents an innovative approach (SABC, Social Art for Behaviour Change) in the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sector and develops its projects on the "A-B-C for Sustainability" model of One Drop (Access, Behavior change & Capital).
